(The Quiver) COVID-19 infections are spreading furiously in Odisha while the state is standing at this critical Juncture many questions are arising on the state management system. Is the Odisha government efficiently dealing with this crisis? Or its poor citizens who have to bear the expenses of its carelessness approach.
Many people are getting affected with covid-19 infections everyday (as marked up from the 28 new omicron cases of the state). Everyday many people on detecting corona symptoms visit hospitals for covid -19 tests. The covid -19 tests report shows clearly whether a person is affected by covid-19 infection or not. But what if the people have to helplessly wait for the test reports for a long time.
Some people who went for their covid-19 testing to government Capital hospital are very disappointed of not getting their covid-19 confirmations report within the due time of 24 hours. According to them the hospital is not providing the confirmation report within the normal time period. This long delay may either cost them their life or may increase the spreading of the infections to their nearby people. On the other hand, the private hospitals are charging an amount of 700 to 1000 for testing and providing the confirmation reports within 24 hours. The second option is least suitable for the people belonging to poor section of the society.
