CM NAVEEN SPOKE TO AMIT SHAH TO BRING BACK PEOPLE OF ODISHA

(The Quiver)Recently air India flight returned being unable to evacuate the Indian nationals as Ukraine closed off its civilian airspace. With the beginning of war on Thursday , many Indians are stuck in the war-zone. Among them some students from Odisha are left helpless unable to return their home. Their helpless parents being concerened about the safety of their children rushed seek for the help of CM Naveen Patnaik.

A medical student from Odisha’s oldest city, Cuttack is also among those stranded in Ukraine right now. The family of the medical student Aryaman Abhisekh who live in the Mahanadi Vihar area of the Millennium City are worried about his safety after they heard the Russian attack on Ukraine. Aryaman has been pursuing his medical education at Kyiv since the past six years.

Apart from Aryaman, Smrutishree Pati, another student from Rourkela, is also among those from Odisha who have been stranded in Ukraine. Smrutishree’s family back on the Steel City is worried about her wellbeing. Like them many more students and professional from Odisha are left in Ukraine whose family have no clue about the safety of their family members stuck in war-zone.

Today morning , Chief minister  Naveen patnaik spoke to union home minister Amit Shah over telephone and requested him for safe evacuation of stranded odia students  and labourers from the war torn Ukraine.

As per the reports , Union home minister Shah assured the chief minister  that government of India is in touch with the Ukraine government and working to bring back students and labourers  from Ukraine at the  earliest .
