RUSSIA IS READY TO TALK IF UKRAINE LAYS DOWN ARMS
(The Quiver) : Today ,Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced to talk with Ukraine only if Unkraine lays down arms. As confirmed by news agency AFP, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Moscow is ready to talk if the Ukrainian army lays down arms. The statement comes as Russia continues its advancement towards Kyiv from both northeast and east.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Russia is not carrying out strikes on civilian infrastructure in Ukraine. Russian President Vladimir Putin while announcing the military operation in Ukraine had also claimed it was intended to ‘protect’ civilians.
