WHO IS OBSTRUCTING EVACUATION OF WAR STUCK PEOPLE, UKRAINE OR RUSSIA?

(The Quiver) : Ukraine is using its civilians as human shields and placing their mortars ,tanks and cannons in residential areas . The Indian students are taken as hostage. Today the Russian President Vladmir Putin made such claims on Ukraine .

As reported earlier this morning, the Russian military declared a ceasefire in the capital city of Kyiv in Ukraine and three other major cities- Kharkiv, Mariupol and Sumy ,on Monday to open humanitarian corridors, news agency Reuters reported citing local media. But as claimed by Russia, later the day, Ukraine now relying upon its weakest back that are the civilians, to save itself. As per the claims around 150 civilians are used as human shields in Mariupol.

Responding to the Russia’s Ukrainian officials counterstriked saying, Russian forces resumed artillery fire and airstrikes which prevented residents from leaving.

No confirmed details came up till now regarding who is obstructing the evacuation process ,Russia or Ukraine? but the innocents people are struggling for their lives in the war hit country and their efforts for escaping are landing them to risk their lives while living inside bunkers are making their lives worse than hail ,left to starve in scarcity of food , drinking water and an uncertain fate , eventually both cases consequences are death.
