“HAFIZ SAEED SON IS A TERRORIST”: INDIA

(The Quiver) : 26 /11 Mumbai terror attacks mastermind and LeT founder Hafiz Saeed’s son, Hafiz Talha Saeed is declared as a terrorist by the government of India.

The Union home ministry in a notification stated,”Hafiz Talha saeed 46, has been actively involved in recruitment , fund collection , and planning and executing attacks by the Lashkar-e-Taiba(LeT) in India and Indian interests in Afghanistan.”

“He has also been actively visiting various LeT centres across Pakistan, during his sermons propagating Jihad against India, Israel, the United States of America and Indian interests in other western countries”, it stated.

“And whereas , the central government believes that Hafiz Talha Saeed is involved in terrorism and he should be notified as a terrorist under the Unlawful Activities (Preventation) Act, 1967 ,” mentioned the notification.

India’s bitter neighbour, Pakistan is known have safeguarding him ,recently Hafiz is in a jail of Pakistan on terror charges as stated by the rival country but the reality is claimed to be different than Pakistan’s given statement. India has been consistently seeking Hafiz Saeed’s custody but Pakistan has refused to do so.

Hafiz Saeed had arranged the Mumbai terror attacks of November 26, 2008 . Around 166 people were killed in the Blast. He is declared as a terrorist under the same law over few years ago . Hafiz has been always a cutter enemy of India, not only the Mumbai attack was conducted by him, but also  the hardcore terrorist has been responsible for conducting other series of deadly attacks in India, mostly in Jammu and Kashmir, many civilians and security personnel have been killed over the years in those attacks.
