IS BHUBANESWAR 74TH FOUNDATION DAY ONLY FOR BJD ? APARAJITA SARANGI WRITES TO CM NAVEEN : LEARN WHY

(The Quiver) : Bhubaneswar is celebrating its 74th Foundation Day , the Odisha  government has arranged a grand official event to celebrate this special occasion. Unfortunately many are deprived from joining this celebration. One of them is Bhubaneswar MP , Aparajita Sarangi , she expressed her displeasure on not being invited to the 74th Bhubaneswar Foundation Day celebration by the Odisha Government.

Taking to Twitter, Sarangi wrote, “There is a big function being organised by the State Govt to mark the day. It has invited almost all EXCEPT ME. I have not been invited. Wanted to attend. It is a big day.”

She also wrote a letter to CM Naveen Patnaik  raising questions over, why she is not invited to attend the official function of Bhubaneswar Foundation  Day ?why was this partiality done to them ?

Not only Aparajita sarangi , opposition political party leaders like congress leader Suresh Routray and several others, were not even invited to attend the function of the day. From all these arrangements it appears like Bhubaneswar foundation day was only meant for the governing political party, BJD.

Many are raising questions on why MP Aparajita Sarangi was not invited to the official function ? Why were opposition party leaders not invited? Why MLA Suresh Routray was not invited who always manages to address capital city issues and stand by the side of public at the time of problems? who would be held responsible for not inviting them, Why the state government has intentionally celebrated the day as it meant to be only for the governing party?  Does the Capital city Bhubaneswar only belong to BJD?   

Bhubaneswar belong to  4 crore people. Naveen is considered as no.1 CM,and an well experienced political leader. Is it a sign that Naveen and his officials, who have such a reputation, are limiting the foundation day of the capital among party leaders? What would be the problem if the BJP or the Congress leaders were invited to the function?

Aparajita as a MP from Bhubaneswar has always forwarded the issues of Bhubaneswar and its development concerns in Delhi Parliament. Then why being a prime representative of Bhubaneswar ,she was deprived from attending the mega event of the day. She has targeted numerous issues of Odisha starting from Ekamra Project to Puri Heritage Corridor Project. Public saying that growing popularity of Aparajita has posed a threat that she might become even more popular on attending the function, inorder to resist her popularity she was not invited to today's Foundation day function.
