NEW MEGHNADA WALL TO BE BUILT AROUND JAGANNATH TEMPLE

Puri (The Quiver):Modern history is soon going to be added to the golden history of Lord Jagannath Temple. In 1500 century King Kapilendra Deva had built the Meghnada wall around the temple and now the democratic king of Odisha Naveen Patnaik will be building another Mini Meghnada wall around the Jaganath Temple after the original Meghnada wall .

For this Naveen sarkar has not left any stone unturned. The new Mini Meghnada Wall will be built at a distance of 55 meters from the original Meghnada wall.                            

Some strong sources revealed that the mini wall will be dividing the radius of 75 meters security corridor from Shree Mandir. Within 55 meters of space prescribed constructions will be built and within other 20 meters  some necessary constructions will be done.  Specifically within these 55 meters and 20 meters , just like Meghnada Wall , this common obstacle wall will be built .

It is heard that this wall will reflect the culture of Odisha . The sample of this project has already reached Puri.

It is known that this mini obstacle Meghnada wall will be constructed to a height of 5 feet. Although the designed wall to be built is approximately like Meghnada wall , no legal permission has yet approved the construction work.

Earlier on view of security of the temple , National Security Guard(NSG) had suggested to properly check the people before entering the temple. But what is the need to construct another wall ? thought is rebelling inside devotees. Many are even questioning on the purpose of building this Mini Meghnada wall  around the original Meghnada wall.
