DEEPIKA’S AURA IN CANNES 2022, DEBUTS AS FIRST INDIAN JURY MEMBER

Bhubaneswar(The Quiver) : Deepika Padukone became the first Indian jury member at the 75th Cannes film festival. On Thursday , the Bollywood Diva attended the premiere of Armageddon Time and her mesmerizing look has stunned everyone. For the third day of the gala, Deepika wore a red gown.

The beautiful actress had stunned everyone at the time of her first Cannes debut , she got appreciated everywhere for daring to wear Indian traditional Saree in Cannes. The actress had chose to wear a beautiful white and gold Rohit Bal saree for her debut appearance in the year 2010 . Deepika was looking splendid in the traditional Indian nine-yard with a strappy back-knotted blouse, her lovely, dimpled smile added the much need charm to her appearance.

In Cannes 2022 , Deepika Padukone debut again but this time as a jury member at the 75th Cannes Film Festival. She again stunned everyone with her saree avatar. She walked on the red carpet in Sabyasachi designed saree. Her retro look was appreciated by many. She also attended a conference for which she wore a printed shirt and emerald pants. On the second day, she looked gorgeous in her black outfit.

On being asked about her journey in the film industry , she said ,“15 years ago, when I came to this industry, I don’t think anyone had faith in me, or my talent. So, 15 years later, to be a part of the jury and to be experiencing some of the best cinema in the world has been an incredible journey and I am truly grateful for that”.
