REEL IN REAL : MANN GOVERNMENT ARRESTED ITS OWN  HEALTH MINISTER SINGLA

Bhubaneswar (The Quiver) :”1947 lekar 2011 Tak Rajneeti Ka Etihas Dekhlo Aur Padh Lo Bharat Desh mei Kisi Neta Ko Aaj Tak Saja Nahin Mili”, must have heard this line in Singham film. A minister can be arrested after AAP government came to power .  AAP is going upstream against this political tradition of India. Recently , AAP government has made it possible to punish a corrupt minister.  

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann thrown out Health Minister Vijay Singla from the State Cabinet for allegedly seeking “one per cent cut in tender allotment and purchase of goods related to the department”. Singla was later arrested by the Punjab Police under the Prevention of Corruption Act, and remanded in judicial custody for three days.

CM Bhagwant Mann shown that his Zero Tolerance for corruption is not only framed in words but can be implemented in action too. AAP government will treat everyone equally , no corrupted person will be forgiven. People trust are becoming intact on AAP government .

Now Lets go through the transparent government of Odisha.  If we check the criminal records of cabinet ministers of CM Naveen’s  government , shocking results are coming out. Many senior ministers have criminal history. State’s Home Minister Dibya Shankar Minister himself is not free from criminal charges , he was charged in murder case. Health Minister  Naba Kishore  Das was alleged in Mask Scandal. Senior BJD Minister Sanjay Das Burma was involved in murder case.  Double murder case charged against  Urban development and law minister Pratap Jena. Higher Education minister was accused in child murder case. Instead of conducting proper investigations  to catch the criminals , the government has not setup any proper inquires against these ministers . The transparent government has no role in these transparent cases.

A different Scenario is now can be seen in Punjab as the government don’t bluff and fool its people but has taken oath to change the corrupted system. The first instance can be marked from the thrown out and arrest of Punjab’s corrupted Health Minister.   Not only AAP government is growing popular among people but has started a trust building among everyone that someone is there for people of India. AAP’s popularity is both a threat and lesson for the other governing parties that India is demanding  a drastic change , if not served , days are not far when public will throw them as garbage.
