HOW MUCH HARSH CAN PARENTS BE WHILE PUNISHING THEIR KIDS? Watch this viral video

New Delhi (The Quiver) : On Wednesday,A viral video of a girl who was harshly punished by her mother is going viral on social media platforms nowadays. In the video, it can be seen that the five year old girl’s hands and legs are tied with a rope. The small girl is left alone on the roof of a house under harsh sun .

The girl writhes and struggles to free herself. She starts screaming in pain as the heat apparently makes her skin burn.

This child is known be from Khajuri Khas area of Delhi.The Delhi police had tracked her family. When questioned by the police, her mother said that she had punished her daughter “only for 5-7 minutes” for not having completed her school homework.

After a video of a girl child tied up on the roof of a house surfaced on social media, all possible efforts were made by Delhi Police to ascertain her identity and circumstances. The family of the child has been identified and appropriate action initiated.#DelhiPoliceCares

When the video first surfaced online in a tweet, social media users demanded that “exemplary punishment” be given to those responsible. When it later turned out that the girl was in fact being punished by her mother, many expressed shock at the “inhumanity” and suggested that the woman should be counselled too.
Some even demanded that the mother be tied up and left in the sun “to know what her daughter felt”.
