Fraudster-in-chief’s Love For Liquor : Gautam Gambhir Remarks Delhi CM

(The Quiver) : On Friday ,BJP MP Gautam Gambhir aiming a target on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said, “Love for liquor and attack on Delhi. This is the AAP government! Liar-In-Chief is now Fraudster-in-Chief!”

It is evident that Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena called for a CBI probe into his government’s new excise policy on Liquor.

Based on a report by the Delhi Chief Secretary, LG VK Saxena, recommended a CBI probe into the controversial Excise Policy 2021-22 over alleged violations of rules and procedural lapses.

Chief Secretary of Delhi dated July 8, 2022, that prima facie established violations of GNCTD Act 1991, Transaction of Business Rules (ToBR) 1993, Delhi Excise Act 2009 and Delhi Excise Rules 2010 in addition to deliberate and gross procedural lapses to provide post tender undue benefits to liquor licenses for the year 2021-22.

The report of the Chief Secretary,was sent both to LG and the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
