Surya Kumar Yadav Remain Static in 2nd spot, Conway storms into Top 5

(The Quiver):  In the ICC T20I Rankings for Men’s Batters, India batsman Surya Kumar Yadav maintained his second-place with 838 points while Mohammad Rizwan of Pakistan, a wicketkeeper-batsman, continued to hold the top spot with 853 points. Meanwhile, batsman Devon Conway of New Zealand reclaimed a spot in the top 5 in the batting rankings.

Babar Azam remained at third with 808 points in the ICC Rankings.

Devon Conway, who now leads the T20I tri-series scoring records with 209 runs in 4 games, has been in outstanding form. In their last group-stage match against Bangladesh on October 12, Conway scored the game-winning 64.

The two sides will face off in the tri-series final on Friday, giving Conway, Rizwan, and Babar a chance to raise their rating points before the World Cup.

However, there was no change in Lokesh Rahul, Virat Kohli, or Rohit Sharma’s positions. Rahul is now ranked 13th, Kohli is ranked 14th, and Rohit is ranked 16th.

England pacer Reece Topley made a big jump in the rankings as he moved to 11th spot. Mark Wood also climbed into 18th spot in the ICC bowling rankings.
