(The Quiver): On Wednesday, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik published a book written by Rajya Sabha Member Amar Patnaik titled “Pandemic Disruptions and Odisha’s Lessons in Governance.”

The book brings together a number of writings on important modern challenges that developed in India between the pandemic years of 2020–21 and 2021–2022. To comprehend India’s position in the globe once the epidemic hit, several cracks arose that needed to be analysed.

The book highlights the successes of states like Odisha, which distinguished themselves by adopting the 5-T framework of governance, which serves as the overall policy approach in what is now known as the Odisha model of growth and development.
