ODISHA RELEASED COVID GUIDELINES FOR FEBRUARY

(The Quiver) :The Odisha government released the Covid-19  guidelines for the month of February  which will remain in force for the entire month .  Issuing the fresh guidelines, Special Relief Commissioner (SRC) today , has given some relaxations on the night curfew restriction.

The vital points of the issued  guidelines are mentioned below

  • Night curfew will be imposed in all urban areas of the state from 10 pm to 5 am every day.
  • All types of shops, malls and shopping complexes, markets, cinema halls swimming pools, entertainment complexes, auditoriums, assembly halls and similar places will remain open across the state from 5 am to 10 pm every day.
  • During the night curfew period, restrictions shall not apply to permissible activities and other emergency services. Home delivery of food, groceries, vegetables, egg, fish, meat, milk and other essential items by restaurants and aggregators such as Zomato, Swiggy, OPOLFED, OMFED, Chilika fresh will continue without any restrictions.

The state government has made such relaxations in February on viewing the declining trend of COVID-19 cases in the state.
