NATIONALS RETURN , INDIA IN MISSION ESCALATION

(The Quiver) : The Russian Defense Ministry on Wednesday published a video showing its troops are withdrawn from Crimea. It is appearing that Russia has decided to partially pull back  its troops from the borders of Ukraine and Russia defense Ministry announced that some forces are withdrawn and are sent back. Speculations are made that the violent war to be held between Russia and Ukraine will be stopped with a mutual settlement.

But many Countries are not able to believe on what Russia is trying to make the world believe. Why suddenly Russia withdrawn its troops?, a question arising on the heads of expert diplomats. India is one among the Countries who is not ready to believe that the war is on halt .So, Indian authorities are in talks with several airlines on increasing the number of flights from Ukraine to facilitate Indians wishing to leave the eastern European nation amid tensions over a Russian troop build-up.

Control rooms are being established in the Indian embassy in Kiev and in the external affairs ministry to respond to queries of Indian nationals in Ukraine and their families in India.

As per the latest report , there are more than 20,000 Indians in Ukraine, including professionals, businessmen and some 18,000 students. Some students have expressed concern about all flights to India being fully booked till next week and an increase in air fares because of the prevailing situation in Ukraine.

According to the statement of NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg given to reporters that it remains to be seen whether there has been a Russian withdrawal. “So far, we have not seen any de-escalation on the ground. On the contrary, it appears that Russia continues their military build-up.”
