Explosion Sinks Russian Cruiser Moskva

(The Quiver Bureau): Russia’s flagship Fleet’s , the Moskva missile cruiser, sank in stormy seas when it was being tugged to a port after having been damaged in a blast.
The Russian Black Sea Fleet’s missile cruiser Moskva, hit by a Ukrainian Neptune anti-ship missile on April 13, was seriously damaged and the powerful explosion had severely damaged the flagship.

Due to the damage to the hull caused by explosions of ammunition onboard, Moskva lost stability, the Russian Defence Ministry said on Thursday, adding that its crew members had been evacuated to other ships, Xinhua news agency reported.

Maksim Marchenko, the Governor of Ukraine’s Odesa region, said on Telegram on Wednesday that Ukraine’s border guards on Snake Island used Neptune anti-ship cruise missiles to deliver “very serious damage” to cruiser Moskva.
