On being a new mother our dearest Priyanka took the pain on her shoulders when her prematurely born daughter Malti , was kept under for a 100 days under observation in the NICU(Neonatal Intensive Care Unit). On welcoming their daughter home after ” after 100 plus days in NICU “, Priyanka Chopra and her husband Nick Jonas shared the first photo of their girl on Mother’s Day.
The newborn was seen held gently in a bear hug by the proud and relieved mummy Priyanka while her partner, American singing sensation Nick Jonas, held on to both.
Priyanka shared the picture along with an emotional long note, mentioning how her daughter had been born prematurely, and therefore had to be kept in the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) for 100 days under observation. Nick also shared the same photo on his social media with almost the same caption.

Preity Zinta commented , “So Happy she is finally home babe. Enjoy every bit of parenthood & all the milestones of being a mommy. Big hug n loads of love always”.
