INTERNET SERVICES ARE CUT OFF IN RAJASTHAN’S BHILWARA AFTER HINDU BOY MURDER

Bhilwara (The Quiver):On Wednesday morning, Internet has been suspended in Rajasthan’s Bhilwara town till  6 am on Thursday. Such action is taken to maintain the law and order situation of the place after the murder occurred on Tuesday night. As per reports , tension arose over the killing of a 22-years Hindu man , allegedly by a Muslim over a personal dispute.

The murder took place last night at the Kotawali police station area, which is now under heavy police deployment. The young man was allegedly stabbed to death when he went to resolve a dispute involving his younger brother. Further details of the case are yet to be revealed.

Police have registered a FIR (first information report) and additional forces have been deployed in the area to maintain law and order, quoted ANI. Further investigation by the police is underway. 

Some right-wing groups have called for a bandh over the murder. To keep the situation under control and to maintain law and order System in the area , internet services are halted for 24 hours. 

Distict Collector Ashish Modi speaking on this case said,”The situation is completely under control. The injured are stable. CCTV footage of nearby areas are being scanned to nab the accused. I appeal to people not to pay heed to rumours and maintain peace and harmony.”
