ANTI INDIA CAMPAIGN BY PAKISTAN EXPOSED,20 POISON YOUTUBE CHANNELS ARE BLOCKED

(The Quiver): The anti India campaign of Pakistan against India is checked out . The Central government has taken major action against this campaign of Pakistan by blocking 20 Youtube channels who were involved in spreading this propaganda against the Country . The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting made sure these Youtube channels will no longer be able to fuel up this conspiracy against India. As well as the Department of Telecom has ordered internet service providers to block the two websites for promoting anti- India campaign.

As per the sources , this operation was a coordinated effort between intelligence agencies and the ministry of Information and Broadcasting to catch out  the Youtube channels and websites operated by Pakistan .Fake news on various sensitive topics related to India were channelized in a pre- planned manners through these Youtube channels and websites on topics related to Kashmir, Indian Army, minority communities in India, Ram Mandir, Bipin Rawat. According to some reports Naya Pakistan Group was actively participating with a network of Youtube  Channels.

These channels combining had over 3.5 million subscribers on the network and their videos were viewed more than 550 million times. Some Youtube channels of NPG were being operated by anchors of Pakistani news channels.

Previously these Youtube Channels were posting contents on issues such as farmers’ protests ,protests related to Citizenship Act, and inciting minorities against the Indian government. It was also feared that these YouTube channels would be used for the upcoming elections in five states. Ministry officials said that “Most of the content pertains to sensitive topics from the point of view of national security and is factually incorrect These were mainly being posted from Pakistan in the form of a coordinated propaganda network against India. Kind of action has been taken”.
