300 units of free electricity if voted to power: Arvind Kejriwal

(The Quiver) : On Thursday,Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal assured to provide free electricity up to 300 units per month , if his party is voted to power in Gujarat. Adding to this he also guaranteed an uninterrupted power supply without any cuts. The assembly elections in Gujarat, scheduled to be held in December this year.

Kejriwal addressed the people at a town hall meeting in Surat today. “I am giving you a guarantee. If you find any fault later, you are free not to vote for AAP in the next election. We will fulfill all the guarantees once we come to power in the state,” he said, adding that all pending electricity bills issued before December 31, 2021, will be waived.

PM Modi said that efforts are being made to bring in the culture of collecting votes by distributing ‘free rewari’ (sweets) in the country. “This Revdi culture is very dangerous for the development of the country. Those with Rewari culture will never build new expressways, new airports or defense corridors for you. Together we have to defeat this thinking, remove Revdi culture from the politics of the country,” he had tweeted.
