Cabinet Reshuffling To Be Held On Wednesday, says Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee

(The Quiver): The Chief minister of Bengal, Mamata Banerjee has announced the cabinet will reveal four to five new faces on Wednesday. The oath taking ceremony of the cabinet ministers will happen on the same day evening.

I am unable to fulfill the obligations on my own because Partha Chatterjee is currently serving a prison sentence and the passing away of Subrata Mukherjee, Sadhan Pandey has made a large void to be filled. They all played a significant role in business, panchayat, and consumer affairs.

According to Sources, Abhishek Banerjee is likely to have more command in the cabinet reshuffling.

The cabinet will follow the procedure of one post one policy.

Partha was detained last week on allegations of money laundering related to the SSC ( School Service Scam). While on the job, he was accused of improperly appointing staff members and teachers to government-run institutions.

The chief minister further stated that the Bengal state will see 7 districts very soon. North 24 Parganas, Murshidabad, and Nadia would be the three regions divided into seven districts. Sundarban, Bankura, Kandi, Berhampore Icchamoti, Basirhut, and Ranaghat are also included.

The total number of states will be increased to 30 by the addition of seven more.
