Babar and Rizwan’s Record Breaking Partnership demolish England

(The Quiver): On Thursday, Babar Azam and M. Rizwan’s 203 runs partnership helped Pakistan registered a thumping win against England in Karachi.

After opting to bat first, England openers started the innings steadily with 42 runs for the first wicket. Philip Salt and Ben Duckett steadied the innings for a brief period after Salt got out for 30 runs.

Later, Quick fire cameos by Moeen Ali (55*) and Harry Brook (31) propelled England towards 199-5 in their 20 overs.

In reply, Pakistan Openers Babar Azam (110*) and M. Rizwan (88*) put on a batting masterclass with some scintillating strokes which ensured Pakistan win the match by 10 wickets in Karachi Stadium.

Babar Azam was adjusted Man of the Match for his 110* of 66 balls.
