Jason Behrendorff Traded to Mumbai Indians for IPL 2023

(The Quiver): The five-time champion side Mumbai Indians have traded Jason Behrendorff for the upcoming season 2023.

The Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians agreement for the upcoming IPL Season 2023 saw Australian fast bowler Jason Behrendorff the first player moved this season.

Behrendorff previously played for the Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2022, the Mumbai Indians in 2018, and the Chennai Super Kings in 2021. The left-arm fast has participated in 9 T20 Internationals, taking 7 wickets with a best bowling effort of 4/21.

Mumbai Indians performed poorly in the previous competition, placing last in the league table. Out of the 14 games, the team only had four victories.

Prior to the mini-auction, the Indian Premier League franchises had till November 15 to submit their trades. Star athletes like Sam Curran and Ben Stokes are anticipated to fetch big money in the auction.

The IPL auction is scheduled to be held on December 23th in Kochi.
