PRIMARY SCHOOLS OF ODISHA TO REOPEN FROM JAN 3, 2022
(The Quiver) The state government of Odisha has declared to open up primary schools for children from January 3 onwards. Classes will be started in 27,000 primary schools from 1st standard to 5th standard. Classes will be held from morning 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. noon. The distribution of dry ration among students under the Mid-day meal scheme will continue as before till further order, as announced by School and Mass Education Minister Sameer Ranjan Dash.
Schools were closed due to violent spread of corona infections. Now after this announcement schools to be open, will have to follow the corona guidelines issued by the state government.
On the other side, the schools conducting the 1st summative examination of 10thstandard from dt 05/01/2022 to 08/01/2022 will be opening from January 10 .
